Four Steps of Credit Repair

Our credit repair service involves four basic steps. We'll explain what each step involves here.

  1. You pass along your credit reports to us. Your credit repair service begins when you forward your credit reports to us. You are entitled to one free annual credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus. If you do not already have your credit reports, we can help you access them once you sign up for credit repair service. As each repair cycle concludes, you will receive revised credit reports from the credit bureaus. When you receive these updated reports, you will also need to forward them to us to keep us apprised of our progress.
  2. Use our automated online wizard to choose the claims you want to dispute. After we get your credit report, we enter your information into a database. You will then use our online disputation program to select the items you would like to dispute. Our disputation wizard will walk you through the process step-by-step, and our software is very user-friendly. You can select the items you want to dispute with one click of your mouse.
  3. We set to work on your case. This step is where the dispute process begins. Our legal team will draw upon their vast repertoire of credit repair service strategies to make your dispute process as successful as possible. This step may also be repeated, depending on how many items in your credit report you wish to dispute. For customers who have signed up for upgraded service levels, we will take additional credit repair service interventions at this point.
  4. You begin to see results. While we work your case, you get to sit back, relax, and wait for results. Once we file a dispute, the credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate the claim. After the 30-day period has expired, the credit bureaus must notify you of the outcome of the investigation. They must also send you an updated copy of your credit report. The usual turnaround time from when we initiate a dispute to when you receive your revised report is about 60 days. As soon as you receive your updated credit report, you will make a copy and pass it along to us. This then resets the credit repair service cycle, ideally with fewer negative items on your credit report.
